See below how we can support your individual needs.
For local councils, criminal justice agencies or other businesses interested in working with us please see the working in partnership section below.
Victims and Families of Domestic Abuse
Abuse is not just about physical violence, it can also be mental, emotional or financial abuse by a partner, ex-partner or family member. It can also include stalking, internet abuse, harassment and ‘honour’ crimes.
Our Domestic Abuse Safety Advisors (DASA) are here to listen to you and provide confidential non-judgemental support and advice, including helping you to access other services that you may need. They are trained specialists who will assess the risk that your partner/ex-partner poses on you and your family.
Advisors can:
- Help you to devise a safety plan to keep you and your family as safe as possible.
- Help you to contact agencies such as the Police or Social Services, or other support services.
- Give you advice regarding any criminal proceedings.
- Guide you in making informed decisions that are right for you and your family.
We also offer a service to men who have been abused, and to those in same-sex relationships.
Domestic Abuse Safety Advisors are not an emergency service so please be aware that in an emergency you should dial 999 if you are in immediate danger.
If you have any questions or would like to speak to a Domestic Abuse Safety Advisor please call the DASA manager on 07889 646847.

Here are some of the services we offer:
- Programmes for perpetrators of domestic violence and abuse
- Courses for offenders of other crimes (e.g. drink driving or impulsive violence) or first-time offenders such as young men and women
- A programme for fathers who have been abusive or neglectful in their parenting.
