Overview
ACT addresses the consequences of breaching notification requirements, aiming to address the reasonings behind the offender’s failure to notify, offering alternative solutions in the future. ACT is a 1.5 hour long course, delivered one-to-one online over Zoom. The offender pays £110 to attend.
Course Objectives
- Raise awareness of the importance of adhering to the offender’s notification requirements
- Identify personal barriers to compliance and offer solutions
- Examine the consequences of a breach
