SAFE (Stay Away From Exploitation)

Overview

SAFE Looks at motivating factors behind those engaging in ‘money mules’, unpacking the effect this has on society. 

SAFE is a single session group programme, delivered online over Zoom, for those arrested for money mule related offences, or money laundering. SAFE examines personal values and moral reasoning, exploring risks and consequences for the offender and wider society. The offender pays £85 to attend.

Course Objectives

• Raise offender accountability
• Increase offender’s skills for ethical decision-making
• Increase awareness of legal and social consequences of money mule offences
• Support the offender in identifying personal triggers and warning signs.
